Individual Membership Fee PLUS Individual Registration Fee: $40 (Savings of $5)
Family Membership Fee PLUS Family Registration Fee: $65 (Savings of $10)
Cancellation Policy:As a non-profit organization we must be good stewards with our funding that so many people work so hard to earn. Therefore, if you cancel with LHF by noon on Wednesday, June 8th you will not be charged for your lodging. However, if you cancel after the deadline you will be invoiced for the lodging expense. If you need to cancel call LHF at 800-749-1680. If you have to leave a message, be very specific with the family name and the time that you called.
Lodging Costs: $0 (registration fee applies) if you are a member, patient with a bleeding disorder or qualify under the immediate family definition (option #1).
The cost of the room @ $115. per night plus tax for a total of $133.40 per night.
